When I come
to Vietnam first time, I have heard that District 1 is best place for expats
live and work. There are many advantages and things people are talking about
Saigon, especially District 1. Saigon in my eyes is the center of entertainment
place, which I also know has many nightlife activities and many things more.
But I go to
work with my friend, we are engineers and we work on different company but all
located offices are in District 1. So we use Google map to find out where to
work first, then we search apartment for rent in District 1. Our friends suggest
that we should rent apartment for living and renting together to save more
money. I think that will be good choice for us now.
District 1
has many roads which famous companies working and investing on. Some places are
for Japanese, some places are for Korean and Western. We have heard that
District 7 touted as the new face of Ho Chi Minh City in the future, and
District 2 has many hamlet places for higher life. So we all arrange time for
visiting them.
But at first
we face many problems with how to find the best place, condo or apartment for
us to live. So I found some real estate agent to help. They contact me by
phone, email, and I just send them our inquiry for apartment. They also consult
that we should hire an apartment which located in higher place instead of lower
one. Then I think that is a good idea because we can have good sightseeing all
scenes of the city.
We all know Saigon
is touted as the most exciting and modern city in Vietnam which tons of driven
locals and expats choose to live and work in. There are many chances for locals
to make it happen. Vietnamese also have good labor for doing Information
Technology or other service nowadays.
