In District
1 expats can find nightlife activities such as bars, coffee shops and many
thing more for their night. If you are young people then you would love to live
here. There are many joys and fun at here. At Pham Ngu Lao street there are
Western restaurants and bars with many style for your choices.
One more
thing for foreigners is they can do their visa or immigration because there are
companies or council located at District 1. But before living here expats need
to choose their own apartment for rent in District 1 with good price, good
location for them to have a nice view or to go to work. You should choose an
apartment or condo in higher place with smaller than bigger one but too far

District 7 now we have lots of properties such as apartment for residential
with luxury and located in good place. Now you have many more choices for going
around the Crescent Mall or enjoy services in different restaurants and coffee
shops. Villas or apartment for rent in District 7 are variety for high income people to live
in with many luxury services. But District 7 is a little far from city center
so it is suitable for older family to live in. Think it carefully when you
choose apartment for rent to live in District 7 or District 1.
